Need to check on your order or make a change? This section covers order status, updating details, cancellations, and what's possible once production has started.
How do I track the status of my order? Visit orders.ragecustom.com and enter your order number to see real-time status updates. You'll also receive email notifications at key stages including design approval, product photos, and dispatch.
Can I cancel my order? If production hasn't started, you can cancel your order for a full refund (Stripe payment fees may apply). Once production is underway, cancellation options are limited. Contact us as soon as possible by replying to your most recent order email.
I've lost my order details or confirmation email. What should I do? Check your email (including spam and promotions folders) for your confirmation email, or log into My Account on the RAGE Custom website to view your order history. If you still can't find it, contact us with the email address you used when ordering.
Can I change my order details after placing it? In most cases, yes. Changes to your design, sizes, quantities, and contact details are possible before your print-ready file is approved. Shipping address can be updated right up until dispatch. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible in most cases.
What happens after I place or approve my order? After you place your order, our team begins preparing your design for production. You'll receive email updates at each key stage, and you can track progress at orders.ragecustom.com.
