Our Free Design Service helps turn your idea into a design for your product, at no extra charge. You do not need design experience or special software.
Tell us what you have in mind
Start on our Free Design Service page, use the Free Design Service option on your product page, or contact our team.
Tell us which product you would like and what you want it to look like. You can send a logo, reference picture, rough sketch, brand guidelines or simply describe your idea. For example, you could ask for a black hockey stick with tiger eyes on one side and your name on the other.
On the Free Design Service page, you can attach JPG, PNG or PDF references directly. Put other design formats in a ZIP archive. The form accepts up to five files, with a maximum of 10 MB per file. For larger files, paste a download link in your message and make sure our team can open it.
Review and refine your design
We usually send an initial design within one to two business days. We will work through your feedback with you, whether you would like a small adjustment or a different direction. There is no fixed limit on design revisions before you order.
Order when you are ready
Once you are happy with the design, use the final file to place your order. Our ordering guide explains how to attach it and choose your product options. If we have already sent you specific instructions by email, follow those instructions.
The design conversation happens before ordering. After you order, we prepare a proof for the final production review. These are separate stages. Learn what to check in your proof.
If your design is confidential or you have restrictions on how it may be used, tell us when you send your request so we can discuss them before work begins.
