Our Free Design Service is exactly what it sounds like: our professional design team creates a custom design for you, at no extra charge. You don't need any design skills or software.
How to submit a request
You can start a Free Design Service request in several ways:

When submitting your request, include as much or as little detail as you like. A brief description is all we need to get started. Something like "I want an all black field hockey stick with tiger eyes on the flat side and my name 'Samantha' in cursive on the round side" gives us plenty to work with.
You can also attach:
Logos or graphics you'd like incorporated
Reference images or inspiration
A rough mock-up created using the online design tool (even a quick layout helps)
Brand guidelines or specific color requirements
Please mention which product(s) you'd like the design for.
What to expect
Initial design: We typically respond within 24 hours, and no later than 1 to 2 business days, with an initial design for your review.
Revisions: We place no hard limits on the number of revisions. If you want changes, or even a complete rework, just let us know. We'll do our best to bring your vision to life.
What happens next
Once you're happy with the design, you use that design file to place your order. After you place the order, our team will prepare a print-ready file and send it to you for a final review before production begins. For details on that process, see How do I approve a proof before production?

The Free Design Service is a pre-order step where we create your design collaboratively, with unlimited revisions and no time pressure. The print-ready file review happens after you place your order and has a 24-hour review window before production begins. These are two different stages, and you'll have plenty of time to get your design right before you ever place an order.

The Free Design Service is available for all products.
Designs created partly or fully by the RAGE Custom team may be reused or adapted by RAGE Custom for future products or promotional purposes. If you have concerns about this, let us know before production begins and we'll accommodate your request.
