The typical order journey
Here's what to expect after your order is placed:
Order confirmed: You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. This is the reference you'll use for everything going forward.
Print-ready file: Our team prepares the final production-ready version of your design and sends it to you by email for review.
Design approval: Once you approve the print-ready file, production begins. This is the key milestone, as changes become more limited after this point.
Production: Your product moves through the manufacturing process. The specific steps and timeline depend on the product type and order size.
Quality check and photos: Every order is inspected before dispatch. You'll receive photos of the actual finished product by email so you can see exactly what's being shipped.
Dispatch and tracking: Once packed and shipped, you'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link.
Tracking your progress
You can check where your order is at any time by visiting orders.ragecustom.com and entering your order number. The status updates as your order moves through each stage of the process. You can also view your order under My Account > Orders on the website.
Order data may take up to 24 hours to appear after you first place your order.

How you'll be notified
Email is the primary way we communicate updates. You'll receive notifications at the most important milestones, including when your print-ready file is ready for approval, when photos of your finished product are available, and when your order has been dispatched with a tracking link.
These emails come from the team handling your order. If you ever need to respond or request a change, reply directly to the email so the right team sees your message.
