If you've created a complete design using professional software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar, you can upload it directly on the product page using the Upload Design button. This is the path for print-ready design files, not for building a design in the browser (for that, see How do I use the online design tool?).

Accepted file formats

  • Best results: PDF, SVG (vector files). These scale perfectly to any size without losing quality.

  • Also accepted: AI, PSD, JPG, PNG

  • Include font files (TTF, OTF) if your design uses custom fonts, so we can reproduce them accurately.

  • Multiple files? Compress everything into a single ZIP or RAR archive and upload that.

  • Max file size: 100 MB

How to upload

  1. On the product page, click Upload Design.

  2. Choose how you'd like to proceed:

    • Upload File - select your design file (or ZIP/RAR archive) directly. Drag it into the upload area or click to browse.

    • Share Your File Link - paste a link from Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar service. Make sure permissions are set to "Anyone with the link" so our team can access your file.

  1. Click Place Order to continue with your order.

Using our templates

For the best results, we recommend designing on one of our product-specific templates. These ensure your artwork lines up correctly with the product dimensions, bleed areas, and safe zones. You can download the template for your product directly from the Upload Design screen, or browse all templates on our Product Templates page.

What if my file isn't perfect?

Don't worry. Our design team reviews every file that comes in. If there are issues with resolution, alignment, centering, or color, we'll flag them and work with you to get everything right before production. If you're unsure about the technical details, just upload the best version you have and we'll take it from there.
