PDF or SVG is a good starting point for artwork prepared in design software. You can also send AI, PSD, JPG or PNG files. Send the best original version you have and our team will help check it.
Prepare your files
Use the correct product template where available.
Keep artwork at its intended size with enough detail for printing. A PDF can still contain a low resolution image, so the file extension alone does not determine quality.
Convert text to outlines or include the required font files if you are allowed to share them.
Put several related files in one ZIP or RAR archive and make the final version easy to identify.
Attach your design
Choose Upload Design on the product page and attach the file. Follow the file size and type limits shown by the upload control. Where a file link option is available, you can share a link instead. Make sure our team has access to that specific file.
Do not share account passwords or give access to an unrelated folder. If you are unsure how to share the file, contact us.
