Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return or exchange simply because of a change of mind. This applies to any product that was manufactured to your approved design and delivered as specified.
Why custom products are different
Unlike off-the-shelf retail items, RAGE Custom products are made specifically for you. Once you approve your design proof and production begins, your order is manufactured to your exact specifications, including your chosen design, colors, sizes, and personalizations.
Because these items are tailored to your order and cannot be resold, they are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns. This is recognized under EU consumer rights law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and similar international consumer protections, and is standard practice across the custom manufacturing industry.
What counts as "change of mind"
A change-of-mind return means you've received the product, it matches what was approved, but you've decided you no longer want it. Common examples include:
You've changed your mind about the design, color, or style after receiving it
The product matches the approved proof, but you expected it to look different in person
You ordered the wrong size (and the size matches what was selected at checkout)
You no longer need the product
In these cases, a return or refund is generally not available.
What you can do before ordering to avoid this
RAGE Custom offers several ways to make sure you're happy with your product before it goes into production:
Review your design proof carefully before approving it. This is your chance to catch anything you'd like to change.
Request changes to your proof before approval. Our team is happy to make revisions.

When you are still covered
Change of mind is not the same as a quality or production issue. If there is genuinely something wrong with your order, such as a defect, misprint, wrong item, or shipping damage, you are absolutely covered under our warranty policy regardless of the reason you initially contacted us.
