Every garment we produce is made from technical performance fabrics selected for the specific climate it will be used in. When you place your order, you choose the conditions your garment needs to perform in, and we match the fabric to that requirement.
Fabric selection by climate
Rather than offering a single generic fabric, we give you a choice based on where and how you'll be wearing the garment.
The specific fabric composition and weight for each garment is listed on the individual product page.
Sublimation printing
All our activewear uses sublimation printing. Rather than applying ink on top of the fabric as screen printing or iron-on transfers do, sublimation uses heat to fuse the ink permanently into the fabric fibers themselves.
This means your design cannot crack, peel, or fade regardless of washing or use. It also means the fabric retains its full stretch, breathability, and moisture-wicking properties since nothing sits on top of it. Any design complexity, any number of colours, edge-to-edge graphics, player names and numbers: all included at no extra cost.
Embroidery
For heavier garments such as hoodies, jackets, and certain fleece items, embroidery is available as an alternative to sublimation. These items are clearly marked on their product pages with separate pricing for the embroidery option.
A note on fabric development
For very large orders (above 1,000 pieces), custom fabric development is possible. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
