When we say most orders are delivered within 15 days, that includes both production and shipping. Here's how the two stages break down.

Production time

This is the time it takes to manufacture your custom product after your order is placed and payment is received. It includes design review, material preparation, production, quality checks, and packaging. Because every product is made to order, this stage takes up the majority of your delivery window.

Shipping time

This is the transit time from when your order leaves our production facility to when it arrives at your door. Shipping is handled by DHL and other carriers depending on your region and product type. For most destinations, transit takes a few days once dispatched.

Why this matters

If you're working toward a deadline, the key thing to know is that production is the longer stage. The sooner your design and order are finalized, the sooner production can begin. If time is tight, contact us and we can often work with you to meet your deadline.
