In most cases, yes. The earlier you reach out, the more we can do, but we're always happy to look at what's possible regardless of where your order is in the process.

What can be changed, and when

Before design approval (print-ready file approved): Most changes are straightforward at this stage. You can update your shipping address, contact details, sizes, quantities, and request design adjustments. This is the easiest time to make changes.

Shortly after design approval: If you catch something soon after approving your print-ready file, reach out right away. Depending on how far production has progressed, we can often still make adjustments, especially for small changes. There's no hard cutoff where everything suddenly becomes impossible.

During or after production: Once production is well underway, changes to the design, sizes, or quantities become more difficult and may involve additional charges. However, if there's a mistake on our side at any stage, we'll make it right at no extra cost.

Shipping address: Your shipping address can be updated right up until the order is dispatched. Just let us know as soon as you can.

After dispatch: Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to make changes or recall the parcel in most cases.

How to request a change

Reply directly to the most recent email you received from our team. This ensures the people already handling your order see your request first.

Good to know

Because every RAGE Custom product is made to order, the further along the process your order is, the more limited the options become. This is normal for custom manufacturing. That said, we're always accommodating where we can, so don't hesitate to ask.
