If production hasn't started, you can cancel your order and receive a refund. Once production is underway, cancellation becomes more difficult, but we'll always discuss your options with you.
Cancelling before production starts
If your order hasn't entered production yet, cancellation is straightforward. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll process the cancellation and issue a refund.
Refund details:
For orders paid by bank transfer or most other methods, you'll receive a full refund of the amount paid.
For orders paid via Stripe (credit card, debit card, or other Stripe-supported methods), the refund will be the full amount minus Stripe's non-refundable processing fees. This is a standard Stripe policy, as Stripe does not return merchant fees on refunded transactions. The fee is typically a small percentage plus a fixed amount per transaction, depending on the currency and payment method used.
Cancelling after production has started
Because every product is custom-made to your specifications, cancellation options are limited once production is underway. Depending on how far along the process is, there may be additional charges, or cancellation may not be possible.
If the issue is a mistake on our part, for example a production error, delay, or something that doesn't match what was agreed, we'll work with you to make it right at no extra cost.
