We ship to any country where our courier partners can deliver and where our payment providers can process your payment. That covers most of the world.
What determines whether we can ship to your country
Two things need to be in place:
Carrier coverage: Our primary shipping partner is DHL, which operates in most countries worldwide. If DHL (or one of our other carriers) can deliver to your address, we can ship to you.
Payment processing: We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, and 2Checkout. Your country needs to be supported by at least one of these providers for us to process your order.
If you're unsure whether your country is covered, you can check the service areas on DHL's website, or simply proceed to checkout on our website. If there's a restriction, it will be flagged before you complete your order.
Shipping costs
Free shipping applies on all orders of $1,500 USD or above (or the equivalent in your local currency). For orders below that threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
If your delivery address is in a DHL-designated remote area, a flat $25 surcharge may also apply. You'll see this reflected at checkout before you pay.
Import duties and taxes
Whether duties and taxes apply depends on your region. For details on how this works, see our article on international taxes and duties.
