Before you've placed your order
If you're still in the design stage (working with our Free Design Service, refining your design in the online tool, or preparing your upload file), you can make as many changes as you like. Our design team places no limits on revisions. Whether you want a small tweak or a complete redesign, just let us know and we'll keep working on it until you're happy. There's no time pressure at this stage.

After you've placed your order (print-ready file review)
Once you place your order, our team reviews your design and sends you a print-ready file via email. You have 24 hours from when you receive that email to review it and flag any discrepancies. If you spot something that needs changing, reply to the email immediately and we'll address it before production begins.
If you don't respond within 24 hours, production starts automatically. So it's important to monitor the email address you used to place your order.
After production has started
Once a custom product is in production, changes are limited or may not be possible. This is normal for made-to-order products, since materials have already been cut, printed, or assembled to your approved specifications. Our team will always do their best to help so please check with us, but this might entail delays or in rare cases extra costs as well.

How to request a change
Contact us through any support channel with your order number but preferably in reply to the email that you received that contained the design file. We're available 7 days a week and will get back to you as quickly as possible.
