Before you place an order
If we are working on your design through the Free Design Service, reply in the same conversation with the changes you want. Choose the final version you are happy to order.
During the proof review
Reply to the proof email with the product, design version and specific changes. A marked screenshot makes it easier to show the exact area. Follow the review deadline in your notice and proof guide.
If you need production paused, say so clearly. Sending an email or a new attachment does not itself confirm a hold. Look for our team's response confirming what has been arranged.
After production starts
Changes become more limited once your product is being made. Tell us what you need and we will check the available options, including any effect on the price or delivery date, before agreeing the change.
