Because every RAGE Custom product is made to order based on your approved design, our return and warranty policy works a little differently from standard retail. Here's how it all works.
If something goes wrong, we'll work with you to resolve it
If there's an issue with your order, whether it's a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or the wrong item, we'll review it and work with you on the appropriate solution. Every product we ship is backed by our quality guarantee and a clear process for getting things resolved.
What qualifies for a replacement or refund
You're covered if your order arrives with any of the following:
Manufacturing or printing defects such as misprints, stitching issues, or material faults
Printing errors such as misspellings or altered fonts that don't match your approved proof
Wrong items delivered, whether that's a different product, size, or design from what you ordered
For confirmed printing errors or wrong items, you can request either a replacement or a refund. For other warranty claims, RAGE Custom will arrange a replacement with a product of the same type and quality, or a suitable equivalent if the original is no longer available.
Damage during shipping is handled differently. Shipping damage is the courier's responsibility, not a product warranty issue. If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us and we'll work with you to establish a case with the courier. If the claim is successful, we'll arrange a replacement. What is not covered
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, the following situations are not eligible for returns:
Change of mind after receiving a product that matches your approved design
Design preferences you're unhappy with after approving the proof
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions
Because custom products are made specifically to your approved design, they are not eligible for the standard cooling-off return rights that apply to non-custom retail items. This is recognized under EU consumer rights law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and similar international consumer protections, and is standard practice across the custom manufacturing industry.

Claim timeframes
How quickly you report an issue determines what we can do:
Within 14 days of delivery: Full replacement at our expense, including all shipping costs.
14 days to 3 months after delivery: Replacement available. You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us; we cover the cost of sending the replacement to you.
After 3 months: Unfortunately, we're unable to offer replacements beyond this window.
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives and reporting any issues promptly. The sooner you get in touch, the faster we can resolve things.
Warranty details vary by product
Because RAGE Custom offers a wide range of products, from high-performance sports equipment to apparel and promotional items, warranty coverage varies depending on the product type.
To check the specific warranty terms for any product, look for the Warranty and Returns section on the product page. This will tell you exactly what's covered, how long the warranty lasts, and any conditions that may apply.
Refunds
Refunds are available when:
The order contains printing errors or the wrong items, and you prefer a refund over a replacement
A replacement is not possible (for example, if the product has been discontinued)
Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit through our points system, whichever you prefer.
