Blank samples
For larger organisations and orders above $1,250, we can arrange a blank sample for assessment. The sample fee depends on the product and quantity. The agreed blank sample fee is deducted from the eventual qualifying order.
For example, a blank sample fee of about $53 leaves about $1,197 to pay on a $1,250 order. These are rounded USD examples; your quotation confirms the actual amounts and any delivery or tax charges.
Printed samples
If you need a sample with your artwork before proceeding, contact us before placing the sample order so we can agree the arrangement. The agreed credit for printed samples is 50% of the sample cost against the eventual full order.
For example, printed samples costing about $133 give a credit of about $67, leaving about $1,183 on a $1,250 order. The precise credit follows your quotation.
For larger projects, our team will confirm whether a finished sample is part of the approval process.

A sample and a proof serve different purposes
A physical sample lets you assess the actual product. A digital proof lets you check artwork, wording and placement before production. A screen preview cannot reproduce every physical colour, texture or finish exactly.
