Yes. If you want to see and feel a product before committing, there are options depending on your needs.

Digital proof (included with every order)

Every order includes a digital proof: a finalized mockup that shows exactly how your design will look on the finished product. This is sent to you for approval before anything goes to production. For most individual orders, this provides the confidence you need.

See How do I approve a proof before production? for details on the approval process.

Blank samples

For most products, we can provide blank (undecorated) samples so you can evaluate the materials, construction, stitching, and sizing before committing to a full order. Blank samples can typically be shipped to you within about a week.

Blank samples are charged at full product price. If you place a bulk order of the same product within 6 months, the sample cost is deducted from your order total.

Example: If you order a blank sample for $200 and later place a bulk order totaling $1,200 within 6 months, you'll only need to pay $1,000.

Printed samples

If you'd like to see a finished sample with your design applied before committing to a larger order, we can arrange that too. Printed samples are also charged at full product price, with the cost deducted from your bulk order total if placed within 6 months.

Printed samples are especially valuable for large team or corporate orders where you want to confirm the final look, feel, and fit before full production.

Example: If the printed sample costs $120 and you place a bulk order totaling $1,200 within 6 months, your final payment will be $1,080.

What's the difference between a digital proof and a physical sample?

A digital proof is a mockup image showing your design on the product. It confirms the visual design is correct. A physical sample is an actual product you can hold and inspect. It confirms the materials, construction, and quality meet your expectations. For large or recurring orders, both are valuable.
