We're passionate about helping you bring your creative vision to life, but we do need to ensure that all content submitted for customization is lawful, respectful, and in line with our values. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that don't meet our content guidelines.
Content we will not produce
Intellectual property you don't own or have permission to use You must own or have the right to use any text, artwork, logos, photos, or other materials you submit. We cannot print content that infringes on someone else's copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights. If we identify an infringement, we will be in touch with your immediatley.
Illegal or harmful material This includes any content depicting or involving the exploitation of minors, content that glorifies criminal acts or terrorism, and anything that violates applicable local or international laws.
Explicit sexual content We do not produce items featuring pornographic or excessively graphic material. Artistic or moderate depictions of the human body may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we reserve the right to refuse content we determine is overtly sexual or offensive.
Hateful or discriminatory content Designs that threaten, degrade, or incite violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation are strictly prohibited. We will not produce content that supports violent or extremist organizations.
Misinformation and harmful claims We may refuse content that promotes misleading or deceptive information that could contribute to harm or pose a serious threat to public safety.
How we review content
Every design is evaluated individually. We use both automated and manual review methods. If we determine that content violates these guidelines, we may decline, cancel, or refund your order.
Your responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that your submitted content meets these guidelines and that you have the legal right to use all materials included in your design. If requested, you should be able to provide proof of your rights to use the content.
