You can use your own artwork, logos, photos and wording, or content you have permission to use. If you are unsure about a design, send it to us before ordering and we will help you check the next step.
Content we cannot produce
Our guidelines exclude material that infringes another person's rights, illegal content, sexual exploitation of minors, explicit pornography, hateful or discriminatory threats, support for violent extremist organisations and harmful deceptive claims.
We may ask for evidence that you have permission to use a logo, image or other protected material. Designs are considered individually, and we may decline content that falls outside our guidelines.
Before you order
Check that you have the rights to the material you submit. A design found online or created with AI is not automatically free to use. If your design needs a change, our team can help you explore an original alternative.
