Compare the shapes
Round shapes often appeal to players looking for control and manoeuvrability. Diamond shapes often suit a preference for a higher balance and attacking play. Teardrop shapes offer options between those approaches.
Shape is only part of the choice. Core, surface reinforcement, weight and balance also matter, so compare the complete specification rather than choosing by shape alone.
Understand model names and materials
The number in a model name identifies a particular mould or model. Models in the same shape family can still differ, so check their own specifications.

Check the final options
Review the selected core, reinforcement, target weight, finish and any other options offered on the product page. Check what is included, including grip, strap or cover details, rather than assuming every model has the same package.
