Most orders ship directly from our production facilities once your custom product has been manufactured and quality-checked. Our primary production is based in Asia, where we operate our own facilities and work with trusted production partners. We also work with production partners in Europe and South America for certain product lines. Different products may come from different specialized facilities depending on the materials, techniques, and expertise involved.
We also maintain regional support and fulfillment centers in other parts of the world to help with returns, customer service, and logistics coordination.
Will this affect my delivery time?
No. The delivery timelines we publish (15 days for most products, 2 to 4 weeks for padel rackets and beach tennis rackets) already account for the full journey from production to your door, including international transit. You don't need to add extra time based on where the product is made.
What about product quality?
Every product goes through the same quality control process regardless of which facility it's produced in. Our team oversees production standards, materials sourcing, and finishing across all locations. We use the same (and in some cases better) production processes and materials as major branded competitors in the sports industry.

What about customs and duties?
For customers in our covered regions (Australasia, Europe, Middle East, and North America), import duties are handled by RAGE Custom. For other regions, duties may apply on delivery. Full details are covered in our taxes and duties article.
