Yes. Use Share Design in the online design tool to create a link your teammates can open. It is a convenient way to review the design or let people place their own orders.
Share the right version
Finish and save the version you want to share, then use Share Design and copy its link. Open the link yourself to check that it loads the intended design before sending it to your team.
Anyone using the link may be able to edit the design or create their own version. Share it only with people you want to have access. If the design changes, send the new link and make clear which version should be used.
Share a preview instead
If someone only needs to review the appearance, use the Download option where available and share a preview. A downloaded preview is useful for discussion, but it does not automatically become the artwork attached to an order.
Coordinate the team order
Each person can choose their own size and options when ordering. Separate orders have their own prices and delivery charges. For one group order with several names, numbers or sizes, contact us and we can help coordinate it.
