Here is what to expect for your destination, so you can choose your delivery option with confidence.
United States
For deliveries to the United States, any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Your order arrives with nothing further to pay, whether you choose standard or faster delivery.
European Union
For deliveries to the EU, our prices include VAT, and there is nothing more to pay on arrival. If your business has an EU VAT number, enter it in the cart to see prices without VAT.
United Kingdom
For deliveries to the UK, there is nothing to pay on arrival with standard delivery. If you choose a faster delivery date, your order ships with DHL as DAP (delivered at place), so UK import duty and VAT may be payable on arrival, along with DHL's fee for handling them.
Other destinations
Our covered regions also include Australasia and the Middle East, where RAGE Custom covers import duties. For destinations outside our covered regions, local import duties or taxes may be payable to the courier or local authorities. If you are unsure what applies to your address, contact us before ordering and we will help you check.
Business and larger orders
If you need a quotation that includes duties and taxes, or have business tax details you would like us to check, send us your destination, products and quantities before ordering. We will explain the applicable arrangements for your quote.
Received a request for payment?
If a courier asks for a payment you are unsure about, send us the request and your order number privately. We will help you understand what it relates to. Do not share payment card details or passwords in your message.
