How taxes and duties are handled depends on where your order is being delivered.
Covered regions (Australasia, Europe, Middle East, North America)
RAGE Custom covers import duties for customers in these regions. You won't be charged import duty fees on delivery.
However, depending on the nature and size of your shipment, the shipping carrier (such as DHL) may collect a local value-added tax (VAT) on behalf of your country's tax authority before delivery. This is a government charge and is outside RAGE Custom's control. It is typically a small, nominal amount.
All other regions
For deliveries outside the covered regions, your order may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon arrival. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and must be paid to the carrier or local tax office before your package is released.
We're unable to predict the exact amount in advance, as it varies by country and shipment value. You can check with your local customs office for guidance, or contact us if you have a bulk order and we may be able to provide an estimate.
