Use the correct template
Match the template to the exact product or model you are ordering.
Open it in software that supports the file format.
Follow its dimensions, bleed and safe area guides. Keep important wording and logos inside the safe areas.
Export the finished artwork and attach it through Upload Design.
Avoid resizing the template or removing useful guides from your working file. If a template has several panels or sides, check each one before sending the design.
