Your proof is the final opportunity to check how your chosen design and product details have been prepared for production. Please take a moment to review it carefully, even if we helped you create the design before ordering.
What happens after ordering?
We review the artwork and prepare a production proof, then send it to you by email. Your earlier design conversation and this final production review are separate stages.
What should I check?
Check spelling, names and numbers, logo placement, colours, the product model and any sizes or other specifications shown. Look at every view or panel included. If you have several products or designs, check each one.
When should I reply?
You have a full 24 hours to review the proof after the proof notification is accepted for delivery. Check your email promptly and follow the deadline and reply instructions in your proof notice. If something is unclear or you need a change, reply as soon as possible so our team can help before production progresses.
If we do not receive a change request during the review period, the order can proceed at the next production review. Silence is not a separate approval message from you. Once production has started, the changes we can make become more limited.
How do I request a change?
Reply to the proof email with the changes you want. Mention the product and the version you are reviewing. A marked screenshot is helpful for showing a particular area. If you need production paused, say so clearly and look for our team's confirmation that the request has been received and handled.
