After you place your order, our design team reviews your submission and prepares a print-ready file that shows exactly how your product will be printed. This file is sent to the email address you used to place your order, so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder).

How the process works

  1. Order submitted: You place your order through any design path (online design tool, Upload Design, or Free Design Service).

  2. Design review and preparation: Our team thoroughly reviews your design. We check for potential issues like logo centering, color consistency, image resolution, and print alignment. If anything needs attention, we'll reach out. Depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload, this step typically takes 2 to 3 days.

  3. Print-ready file sent: We email you a finalized print-ready file for your review.

  4. Your 24-hour review window: Once you receive the print-ready file, you have 24 hours to review it and flag any discrepancies. If everything looks good, you can reply to confirm and we'll start production right away. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, production begins automatically.

  5. Production starts: Your order moves into printing and manufacturing.

What if I spot an issue?

Reply to the email as soon as possible with a description of what needs to change. If you flag a discrepancy, we'll pause production and work with you to resolve it before proceeding.

What to check before production begins

  • Colors, logos, and text are correct and positioned where you want them

  • Names, numbers, or personalizations are spelled correctly

  • The right product and specifications are shown

  • You're happy with the overall look and dispatch date

Updates during production

Throughout the manufacturing process, we keep you informed by sharing photos at key production stages. If you notice anything that doesn't look right, we can address it before the product is finalized.

Important

Since production begins automatically after 24 hours, it's important to check your email promptly after placing your order. Once production has started, changes become limited.
