A RAGE Custom gift card gives the recipient credit to use towards their own custom products. It can be used across purchases until the balance is spent, within its validity period.
Expiry and balance
Gift cards are valid for two years from purchase. Check the remaining value using Gift Card Balance or the gift card section in My Account, following the requested email and code fields.
Paying for an order
Enter the gift card code in the field provided at checkout and check the amount applied. If the order costs more than the available balance, pay the difference using an accepted payment method. Any unused balance remains available for a later purchase.
Check the conditions of other coupons or rewards before combining them. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Refunds and transfers
An unused gift card can be considered for a refund within seven days of purchase under the gift card policy. Contact us promptly if you need help with this.
You can give the card to another person, but keep the code private: someone with the code may be able to spend its value.
