Here are answers to the most common questions about RAGE Custom Gift Cards.
Do gift cards expire?
Yes. RAGE Custom Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
How do I check my gift card balance?
If you have an account, log into My Account and select Gift Cards from the sidebar. Enter your recipient/buyer email and gift card code to check your balance. You can also buy new gift cards directly from this dashboard.
If you don't have an account, you can check your balance at ragecustom.com/gift-card-balance.
Can I use a gift card partially?
Yes. If your order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on the card and can be used on a future order.
What if my order total is more than the gift card?
You can pay the difference using any accepted payment method. Gift cards can also be combined with coupon codes and RAGE Rewards points in the same order.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no part of the balance has been used. Once any amount has been redeemed, or after 7 days, the gift card is non-refundable.
Can I transfer a gift card to someone else?
Yes. Simply share the gift card code with the person you'd like to give it to. Whoever has the code can use it at checkout.
What can the gift card be used for?
Gift cards can be used toward any product on the RAGE Custom website, including apparel, equipment, accessories, and promotional items. They cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
What denominations are available?
You choose the amount. The minimum is $75, and there is no fixed upper limit. Enter any custom amount when purchasing.
