RAGE Rewards is a loyalty program built into every RAGE Custom account. You earn points through purchases and redeem them for discounts on future orders. There's nothing extra to sign up for. If you have a RAGE Custom account, you're already enrolled.
How you earn points
Purchases: You earn 1 point for every $1 (or equivalent) you spend. Since RAGE Custom uses flat conversion rates across all supported currencies, points are awarded based on the USD-equivalent value of your order, not the numeric amount in your local currency.
New member bonus: You receive 25 bonus points when you create your account.
Points are awarded on the order total after any discounts have been applied.
How to redeem points
Points can be applied at checkout for instant discounts. The conversion rate is 10 points = $1 (or equivalent in your local currency, based on the same flat conversion rates used for product pricing). For example:
100 points = $10 off
250 points = $25 off
500 points = $50 off
1,000 points = $100 off
You can use points alongside gift cards and coupon codes in the same order. The amount you can redeem per order depends on your rewards tier.
How to check your balance
Log into My Account and select RAGE Rewards from the sidebar to view your current points balance, tier status, and points history.
Do points expire?
Points remain active for 5 years from your most recent account activity. RAGE Custom may modify program terms with advance notice to members.
