There are three ways to design your product, and you can choose whichever suits you best, whether you want full creative control, a collaborative approach, or a completely hands-off experience.
Use the online design tool
Click Design & Order on any product page to open the built-in design tool. You can change colors, add text, upload logos and images, and preview your design in real time. No design experience needed. The tool includes a Guided Tour the first time you use it, and you can choose between 3D mode (a realistic mockup for easy visualization) or 2D mode (a flat layout that gives you more control and access to more parts of the product).

Upload your own design file
If you prefer to work in your own design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar), you can download a blank template for your product, create your design, and upload the finished file directly on the product page by clicking Upload Design. We accept PDF, SVG, JPG, PNG, and more.

Use the Free Design Service
Short on time or not sure where to start? Click Free Design Service on the product page and tell us what you're looking for. A brief description and any logos or reference images is all we need. Our design team will create a professional design for you at no extra charge, with unlimited revisions until you're happy. We typically respond with an initial design within 24 hours, and no later than 1 to 2 business days.

What happens after you place your order?
However you design, our team reviews every order before production. We check for things like resolution, alignment, and color accuracy, then send you a print-ready file via email. You'll have 24 hours to review it and flag any issues. If everything looks good (or if we don't hear back within 24 hours), production begins automatically. Nothing unexpected gets produced.
