Yes, you can close your RAGE Custom account at any time. To do so, contact our support team and let us know you'd like your account closed.
How the process works
Reach out to us through the Contact Us page, via WhatsApp, or by emailing info@ragecustom.com.
Let us know whether you'd like your account deactivated or permanently deleted.
We'll verify your identity by confirming the email address associated with your account.
Once verified, we'll process your request.
Deactivation vs. permanent deletion
Deactivation disables your account, but your details and order history remain stored securely in case you decide to reactivate later.
Permanent deletion removes your account information, including saved designs, order history, and personal data. This cannot be reversed.
If you're not sure which option is right for you, deactivation is a safe starting point. You can always request permanent deletion later.
Things to keep in mind
If you have any active or pending orders, we recommend waiting until they're completed before closing your account.
Any unused reward points or coupons will be lost when your account is deleted.
Gift card balances are separate from your account and will still be usable even if your account is closed.
