When you're building a design inside the online design tool (via Design & Order), you can upload your own images, logos, and graphics to place on the product. Here's what you need to know.
Accepted image formats
JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
PNG (.png) - supports transparent backgrounds, which is ideal for logos
SVG (.svg) - vector format that scales without losing quality
Image size limits
Minimum: 25 x 25 pixels
Maximum: 5,000 x 5,000 pixels
For the sharpest results, use the highest resolution version of your image available. Vector files (SVG) will always look crisp regardless of size.
How to upload
In the design tool, click the Add Image tab on the left panel.
Drop your image file into the upload area, or click to browse and select it.
Once uploaded, you can drag, resize, and reposition the image on your product.
You can also search for images using the built-in Pixabay integration if you need stock graphics or patterns.
This is different from Upload Design
The image upload inside the design tool is for adding logos, graphics, and photos to a design you're building in the browser. If you have a complete, print-ready design file created in professional software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW, use the Upload Design button on the product page instead. That path accepts additional formats like PDF, AI, and PSD.
