JPG, PNG and SVG are suitable formats for adding graphics inside the online design tool. Use the best original file you have so the artwork stays clear at the size you want printed.
Choose the right format
JPG works well for photographs.
PNG can preserve a transparent background, which is useful for a logo.
SVG can preserve vector shapes that scale cleanly. An SVG containing an embedded low resolution image can still lose quality when enlarged.
The upload control shows the limits that apply to the tool. If a file is rejected, check its type and dimensions, or ask our team to help prepare it.
Add your image
Open Add Image in the tool, choose your file, then position and resize it on the product. Check all relevant views and avoid stretching it out of proportion.
For a complete design prepared in software such as Illustrator or Photoshop, use Upload Design on the product page instead.
