Why we require payment upfront
Every RAGE Custom product is made to order based on your specific design, sizing, and customization choices. Once production begins, your product is unique to you and cannot be reused or resold. For this reason, we collect payment at checkout before production starts.
This is standard practice for custom and made-to-order products, and it's also reflected in consumer regulations in most regions, where custom-made items are treated differently from off-the-shelf products when it comes to returns and cancellations.
What happens after payment
Once your payment is processed, our team reviews your order and prepares a print-ready proof for your approval. Production only begins after you've reviewed and approved the proof. For more on this step, see How do I approve a proof before production?
