Here's how the process works
Choose your product. Browse the website by sport, category, or product type and select the item you'd like to customize.
Design it. Use the online design tool to customize your product directly on the product page, upload your own design file, or request help through our Free Design Service.
Select your options. Choose your size, quantity, and any other product-specific options. Pricing updates automatically as you adjust quantity, including any applicable bulk discounts.
Add to cart and check out. Review your order in the cart, apply any discount codes, and complete checkout using your preferred payment method. You can add multiple products with different designs to the same order.
Proof review. After you place your order, our team prepares a print-ready proof for you to review. You have 24 hours to flag any issues before production begins.
Production and delivery. Once the proof is approved, your order goes into production. Most products are delivered in approximately 15 days. Padel rackets and beach tennis rackets typically take 2 to 4 weeks. Larger orders may require additional time. You can check specific timelines on each product page.
