Check the commission status
A tracked referral and an approved payable commission are different stages. Review the status in your dashboard, including any adjustments for ineligible, cancelled or refunded orders.
The program rules define which sales and amounts qualify. If something looks missing or incorrect, contact the affiliate team with the relevant reference.
Receive a payout
The published program schedule is monthly once the applicable minimum payout threshold is reached. Available payment arrangements include Wise and PayPal, subject to the supported method for your account and location.
Follow the payout setup and request instructions shown in your dashboard. Confirm your details through the official portal rather than posting banking information in a public message.
