How bulk discounts work
Each product page includes a quantity and discount table showing the available tiers. As you increase the quantity on the product page or in your cart, the discount applies automatically. The system calculates bulk discounts based on the total quantity of items in your cart, so the more you order, the more you save. No code or special request needed.
Orders equal to or above $1,500.00 also qualify for free shipping.
When to contact us for bulk rates
Beyond a certain quantity threshold (which varies by product, for example around 50 units for padel rackets or 100 for apparel), we can offer:
A dedicated bulk pricing list, typically at ex-factory rates
The option to work with your own logistics and freight if preferred
Confirmed production timelines based on your specific order size
If your order falls within the standard quantity tiers on the product page, ordering directly through the website is usually the easiest and most cost-effective option.
Products with minimum order quantities
A small number of products do have a minimum order quantity because the cost of producing just one would make it impractical. These minimums are clearly shown on the product page. If you're willing to cover the additional production cost, contact us and we'll work out a custom quote for you.
