You don't need to upload your design again. We keep your approved design file on record (for at least 2 years but usually longer), so reordering is quick and straightforward.
How to place a reorder
Go to the product page for the item you'd like to reorder.
Click Design & Order, then select Place Order.
Enter the required quantity.
Click Add to Cart and complete checkout as usual.
You can skip the design step entirely since we already have your approved file.
Let us know it's a reorder
Either contact us before placing the order to let us know you're reordering, or leave a note during checkout with your previous order number. This helps our team pull up the correct file quickly and avoid any confusion.
Need small changes?
If you need minor updates, like changing player names, updating the year, or adjusting a detail, just mention it when you contact us or in your checkout note. Our team can make those tweaks to your existing approved file without you having to go through the full design process again.
Finding your previous orders
If you created an account when you originally ordered, you can view your past orders and saved designs in the My Account section of the website under Orders and Saved Products.
