What if my tracking hasn't updated?
Tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. Once active, updates depend on the carrier and the route. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or if something doesn't look right, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
Can my order arrive in more than one package?
It's not common, but on certain shipping routes or for orders with mixed product types from different production lines, your order may be split across more than one shipment. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking information for each package. All items will still arrive within your original delivery window.
