Can I share my design with my team so they can also place orders? You can share your design using a unique link that lets teammates view, edit, and order from your design. Links are valid for 365 days.

Can I request a sample before committing to a full order? Blank and printed samples are available at full product price. If you place a bulk order of the same product within 6 months, the sample cost is deducted from your order total.

How do I approve a proof before production? After you place your order, our team reviews your design and sends you a print-ready file to check. You have 24 hours to flag any issues before production begins.

How do I use the online design tool? The online design tool is built into every product page. Change colors, add text, upload images, and preview your design in real time. No design experience required.

How do I design a custom product with RAGE Custom? There are three ways to design your custom product: use the online design tool, upload your own design file, or let our team handle it with the Free Design Service. Choose whichever suits you best.

What is Design Mode, and should I choose 3D or 2D? When you open the design tool, you'll choose between 3D mode (realistic preview, easy visualization) and 2D mode (flat layout, more control, access to more parts of the product).

Can I order multiple names, numbers, sizes, colors, or design variations? Different names and numbers can be added to a single design. Different color or design variations need to be added to cart separately, but bulk discounts apply across all items.

What file formats should I use when uploading a complete design? When uploading a complete design file made in professional software, we accept PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, JPG, and PNG. You can upload files directly or share a link from Google Drive or Dropbox.

Are there blank templates I can download for my product? Downloadable print-ready PDF templates are available for every customizable product, either from the product page or from our central templates library.

What parts of the product can I customize? Every visible surface of your product can be customized with your own colors, graphics, text, and logos. The specific customizable areas vary by product type.

How does the Free Design Service work? Our Free Design Service lets you work with our design team to bring your vision to life at no extra charge. Just describe what you want, attach any logos or references, and we'll handle the rest.

What if I need changes after submitting or approving my design? Before placing your order, revisions are unlimited. After placing your order, you have 24 hours to review the print-ready file. Once production starts, changes are limited.

Can I use AI-generated images (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for my design? You can use AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Gemini as part of your design process, but AI-generated images usually need some preparation before they're production-ready. Here's how to get the best results.

Can you work with brand guidelines, logos, and specific color requirements? We work with corporate clients, teams, and organizations to match brand guidelines, including logos, brand colors, and Pantone color matching on all products.

What content is prohibited and will not be printed? We want to help bring your vision to life, but certain content cannot be printed. This includes copyrighted material you don't have rights to, illegal content, explicit material, and hateful or discriminatory content.
