Find your order number
Use the number in your order confirmation email. If you cannot find the email, check spam or junk, then contact us with the email address used at checkout and the approximate order date.
Follow production and review updates
Your order status shows progress through the stages relevant to your products, such as artwork review, production, checks and dispatch. Watch the email address used for the order for proof review and other messages that need your attention.
If a new order is not visible yet, check again later or ask us to confirm it. If the status seems unclear or you are working towards an event date, our team can explain the next step.
Follow your parcel after dispatch
Order progress and courier tracking are different. Once a parcel is dispatched, use its shipment tracking link to follow delivery. An order marked completed does not by itself confirm that the parcel has arrived.
