Shipping, Tracking & Delivery
Understand how production and shipping work at RAGE Custom. These articles cover delivery timelines, tracking your shipment, international shipping, and what to expect from production through to final delivery.
Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?
Rush orders are often possible. Contact us with your order details and deadline, and we'll let you know if we can speed things up.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our production facilities, primarily in Asia, with production partners in Europe and South America and regional support centers worldwide. Delivery timelines already account for shipping from production to your door.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to any country where our courier partners (primarily DHL) can deliver and where our payment providers can process your payment. That covers most of the world.
How are international taxes and duties handled?
For customers in Australasia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, import duties are covered by RAGE Custom. A local VAT charge may sometimes apply. For other regions, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific deadline?
We can often meet specific deadlines, but because every product is custom-made, we need to confirm on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your deadline and order details and we'll let you know.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 15 days from the date of payment. Padel rackets and beach tennis rackets typically take 2 to 4 weeks. If you have a specific deadline, contact us, as we can often deliver sooner.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status under My Account on the website, or visit orders.ragecustom.com for detailed tracking.
What's the difference between production time and shipping time?
Production time is how long it takes to make your custom product. Shipping time is how long delivery takes after it leaves our facility. Together, they make up your total delivery window.
Why does the DHL tracking page sometimes show a longer delivery estimate?
DHL's tracking page may display a longer delivery window than what we've quoted. This is because DHL shows a generic carrier estimate, while our timeline reflects the specific service and route we've booked for your order.
