What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and more. Our checkout automatically presents relevant payment options based on your location.
Is there a minimum order quantity, and do you offer bulk discounts? Most products have no minimum order quantity. You can order a single custom-made item. Bulk discounts apply automatically as you increase quantity, and orders over $1,500 ship free.
Can each member of my team or group pay individually for their portion of the order? Yes, but how it works depends on whether the order ships to one address or to individual addresses. Team orders to a single address and individual orders each have different options.
Do you offer discounts, promo codes, or rewards? Bulk discounts apply automatically. You can also earn rewards through our points program, get discount codes through our Refer a Friend program, or sign up to our newsletter for occasional promotions.
How do I reorder a design I've previously ordered? You don't need to upload your design again. We keep your approved file on record. Just place a new order through the product page and let us know it's a reorder.
How do I place an order with RAGE Custom? Choose your product, design it (or let us help), select your options and quantity, and check out. Our team reviews every order and sends you a proof to approve before production begins.
When do I pay for my order? Payment is collected at the time you place your order. Because every product is custom-made to your specifications, we require payment upfront for both individual and bulk orders.
How much will my order cost? We offer all-inclusive pricing. Add items to your cart and the system calculates everything, including product price, bulk discounts, taxes, and shipping. No hidden fees on our end.
