You can check your order status at any time by visiting orders.ragecustom.com or by logging into My Account on the RAGE Custom website. If you need to make a change, the best approach is to reply directly to the most recent email you received from our team.
Checking your order status
Your order status is updated at each key stage of the process, from design through production to dispatch. You can track it in two ways:
Order tracking portal: Visit orders.ragecustom.com and enter your order number (found in your confirmation email or under My Account).

My Account: Log in at ragecustom.com and go to Orders or Track My Order to view your current order status.

Making changes to your order
Many changes are possible, depending on where your order is in the process:
Before design approval: Shipping address, contact details, sizes, quantities, and design adjustments can all be updated.
After design approval but before production is complete: Small changes may still be possible. Shipping address changes can be made right up until dispatch.
After production: Options become limited, but our team will always do what they can to help.
After dispatch: Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to make changes or recall the parcel in most cases.
The simplest way to request a change is to reply to the most recent email you received from our team. Replying to the right email ensures the team already handling your order sees your request first.

Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are straightforward if production hasn't started. Once production is underway, options may be limited, but we'll always discuss what's possible.
