We can help you check it. Start with your Referral Dashboard and the invitation or coupon email for the referral.
Your friend's discount
The offer is for a new customer's first purchase using your referral. They should open the referral link or invitation and check the discount before paying. If the invitation includes a coupon code, use the cart or checkout coupon field as instructed.
If it still does not apply, contact us before placing the order so we can review eligibility and the code.
Your reward coupon
Rewards are normally emailed within 24 hours of a confirmed qualifying purchase. Check spam and promotions folders as well as your dashboard. Referral coupons expire 12 months after generation and follow the conditions shown on the offer.
Ask us to check
Contact us with the email associated with your referral account and a description of what is missing. Keep account and coupon details in a private support conversation.
Referral coupons and RAGE Rewards points are separate. See how referrals work.
