Once a refund is approved, RAGE Custom processes it promptly on our end. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider.
Refund processing time
After your refund is approved and processed by our team, the time it takes to reach you depends on how you originally paid. Some payment providers (such as Stripe) may return funds within hours, while others may take several business days. This is controlled by the payment provider, not by RAGE Custom.
You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued from our side, so you'll know exactly when to expect it.
Refund method options
Refunds can be issued in two ways:
Back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.)
As store credit through our points system, which you can use toward a future order
If you have a preference, let our team know when your claim is being reviewed.
When are refunds offered instead of replacements?
RAGE Custom generally prioritizes replacements for warranty claims. Refunds are offered when:
The order contained confirmed printing errors or wrong items, and you prefer a refund over a replacement
A replacement is not possible, for example if the product has been discontinued or is temporarily unavailable
Replacement timing
If you're receiving a replacement rather than a refund, replacements are typically dispatched as soon as the claim is confirmed. If the specific item is not currently in stock, replacements can take up to 2-3 weeks to process. You'll receive an email notification once your replacement has shipped.
