What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and more. Our checkout automatically presents relevant payment options based on your location.
How do I create an account or sign in as a returning customer?
Click the account icon in the top-right corner of ragecustom.com and choose Sign Up to create a new account, or Log In to access your existing one. No email verification is required.

How long do refunds take to process?
Once a refund is approved, RAGE Custom processes it promptly. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Refunds can go to your original payment method or as store credit.
Is there a minimum order quantity, and do you offer bulk discounts?
Most products have no minimum order quantity. You can order a single custom-made item. Bulk discounts apply automatically as you increase quantity, and orders over $1,500 ship free.
Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?
Rush orders are often possible. Contact us with your order details and deadline, and we'll let you know if we can speed things up.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our production facilities, primarily in Asia, with production partners in Europe and South America and regional support centers worldwide. Delivery timelines already account for shipping from production to your door.
How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Share RAGE Custom with friends and you both save. Your friend gets 10% off their first order, and when they buy, you get a 10% discount coupon. No limits on referrals.
How do I track the status of my order?
Visit orders.ragecustom.com and enter your order number to see real-time status updates. You'll also receive email notifications at key stages including design approval, product photos, and dispatch.
