We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the circumstances under which you can request a return or exchange:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you’re eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Item Received: If there’s been an error in your order, such as incorrect items or printing errors (like misspellings or altered fonts), we’ll replace the product or issue a refund.
- Within Warranty Period: Returns or exchanges can be initiated if the issue falls under the warranty and within the specified timeframe:
- First 14 Days: For items less than 14 days old, we’ll replace the product at no cost to you, including shipping.
- 14 Days to 3 Months: If the purchase is between 14 days and 3 months old, you’ll be responsible for shipping the item to us, but we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for products that are over 3 months old or do not fall under the warranty terms.
