  • Mockup Confirmation: Once you’ve submitted your design, our team will refine it and create a detailed mockup for your approval. This mockup allows you to visualize exactly how your product will look. You can request changes at this stage if needed.

  • Ongoing Updates: Throughout the production process, we keep you informed. We’ll send you updates, including pictures of the product at different stages, so you have full visibility and can request adjustments if necessary.

  • Final Approval: Before shipping, we’ll share a final image of your product to confirm it meets your expectations.

This transparent process ensures there are no surprises when your order arrives. Please note: If you notice any discrepancies upon receiving your order, they must be reported within 28 days for us to address them promptly.
