      • Contact phone number.
      • Date of purchase.
      • A detailed description of the issue.

  3. Assessment and Authorization:
    • Our team will review your complaint and verify whether it falls under warranty. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number and provide instructions on where to ship the item.

  4. Ship the Item:
    • Send the item to one of our regional return centers, including the RA# in the package for easy processing.
